Groundbreaking at Nora Navra Library

Description

Mayor Mitch Landrieu, City Librarian Charles Brown, and community members held a groundbreaking on Tuesday, March 7, at Nora Navra Library. The original 2,500 square foot library was constructed in 1954 and was severely damaged during Hurricane Katrina.
