REACH Center
The REACH Center is an initiative from the New Orleans Public Library, featuring a free coworking space, and public art gallery, with a focus on access and opportunity. The Center is located at 2022 St. Bernard Avenue, in Building C of the Corpus Christi-Epiphany Community Resource Center in the 7th Ward.
The REACH Team also manages the African American Resource Collection (AARC), which is housed at the Main Library in the CBD. The AARC is a collection of reference and circulating non-fiction materials related to digital, financial, and health literacy and Black culture.
Vision
The REACH Center aims to be a thriving community event and resource center in New Orleans, empowering individuals and businesses to reach their full potential with a strong focus on access and opportunity. This aligns with the New Orleans Public Library’s goal of creating a more informed, empowered, and connected community.
Mission
The REACH Center promotes access and opportunity through community events, resources, education, and community entrepreneurial support services in a welcoming environment. This aligns with the New Orleans Public Library’s mission of providing equal access to information, resources, and opportunities to enhance the quality of life for all.

REACH Center Rules
You don’t need a library card to use this space. It’s open to all students, workers, creatives, and community members.
Don’t leave your things behind when you leave. Take all your personal items with you so that others can also use the space.
If you need to move chairs or tables, just ask the library staff. They’re happy to help.
You can bring snacks and drinks, but please be careful not to bring anything with strong smells. Some people may have allergies.
Throw away your trash in the bins outside the coworking area, and leave the space the way you found it.
If you’re feeling unwell, it’s best to stay home until you’re better. This helps keep everyone healthy.
Treat everyone with respect, no matter who they are. Bullying, rude language, or discrimination of any kind is not allowed.
Don’t spread out too much or take up more room than you need. Make sure there’s space for others to work and feel comfortable too.
Not sure where something goes or what’s okay? Just ask! Staff are here to help and want you to have a good experience.
