For Children

The Library offers many virtual resources for children, including storytime videos, interactive electronic storybooks, chapter books, nonfiction, language learning, puzzles, games, and much more.

Virtual Storytimes

Read, sing, talk, write, and play together virtually in a format designed for children from birth to 5 years old and their caregivers.

Storytime videos will premiere at 10am on Mondays.

Students of Tulane University's Latin American studies program and teacher preparation & certification program will read bilingual stories.

In partnership with theĀ Pebbles Center and the Roger Thayer Stone Center for Latin American Studies.

La Hora del Cuento Virtual/Virtual Storytime videos will premiere at 10am on Thursdays except for in March.

Virtual Storytime videos will be removed once New Orleans Public Library locations reopen.
